Terms of Agreement

1. The Exploration Place will ensure that the Resource Kit is shipped in its entirety on the Wednesday prior to your rental period commencing.
2. It is your responsibility to examine the Resource Kit, when it arrives, using the arrival column of the Contents Checklist provided and notify The Exploration Place of any missing components.
3. The Exploration Place will send a reminder to you by fax on the last Wednesday of the rental period regarding the return of the Resource Kit to The Exploration Place.
4. You will be responsible for ensuring the contents of the Resource Kit using the departure column of the Contents Checklist before shipping back to The Exploration Place.
5. You will be responsible for ensuring the Resource Kit and its contents are returned in the same condition you received it in, allowing for normal wear and tear.
6. The Resource Kit must be shipped the Friday concluding your rental period in order for it to be available for its next booking. A late fee of $10 will be charged beginning the following Monday for each working day up to and including the day that the Resource Kit is consigned to the courier.
7. The Exploration Place will examine the contents of the Resource Kit upon its return, complete the return column of the Contents Checklist and send an invoice to your organization for the rental amount and any late fees.
