Theatre NorthWest is proud to present:

The Tale of a Town – Prince George!

March 4th, 5th, 6th, 2016 in a pop-up performance space inside the Ramada Hotel – 444 George Street!

What is the one thing about Downtown Prince George you would never want forgotten?

Go back in your memory…Do you remember The Outrigger restaurant? When the MacDonald Hotel burned down? Ever have a milkshake at the lunch counter at Kresges?  Maybe your heyday happened at The Cadillac Ranch…Visits as a kid to Harold Moffat at The Northern?

As part of PG’s centennial celebrations, join us for the free public presentation of your downtown memories as told by YOU, the people of PG.  We have created an immersive audio installation performance based on the 70+ interviews we conducted with local PG residents. This exciting, theatrical and intimate show will be broadcast over the FM Radio band inside the Ramada Hotel, and uses actual audio from interviews, archive images, shadow puppetry, and live music, featuring local talent, Naomi Kavka!

Join us for this unique theatre experience that seeks to capture the collective community of Downtown PG! This is a show that will not be soon forgotten…
